Towing and jump starts in the Newark Airport terminal parking lots and garages
The P1 through P6 lots and the garages that serve Terminals A, B and C. Short stays, business trips and weekend getaways, and the dead batteries, soft tires and locked trunks that greet people when they get back.
What a breakdown in a Newark Airport terminal garage involves
In the terminal lots and garages the obstacle is space: ramps, pillars and height limits that keep a flatbed at the entrance, so the driver usually brings a jump pack or a wheel-lift to the car first and only moves a dead car down to a loading spot when it truly needs a tow, at the same $149 flat booking fee, $129 when you book online.
Garage levels and height limits
Most garage decks are too low for a flatbed with its deck tilted. The driver parks at the entrance, walks up with a jump pack, and tries the cheaper fix before anything else.
If the car must be towed, a wheel-lift or dollies bring it down to a level where the flatbed can load it. That extra work is quoted on the call, not added later.
Finding your car among thousands
Take a photo of the nearest level and row sign before you call, or read it to the dispatcher. Mention which terminal you are closest to and which AirTrain stop you used.
The driver calls from the garage entrance and confirms the spot before driving in, which saves a lap through every level.
Terminal A, B or C: why it matters
Each terminal has its own parking and its own access roads off the airport loop. Terminal A's newer complex and the older B and C buildings are reached differently, so naming your terminal gets the truck to the right entrance the first time.
Short-term parkers and meeters
People meeting arrivals park short-term and sometimes leave the lights on while they go inside. A quick jump is one flat price and you are back at arrivals before the bags are off the belt.

Call nowTerminal parking: common questions
Short answers to what people ask about this page; the dispatcher can answer the rest.
Can a tow truck drive into the Newark Airport parking garage?
A jump pack and often a wheel-lift can. A flatbed usually cannot fit under the garage ceilings, so a car that needs one is brought down to a level where it can load.
My car is on a garage roof level. Is that harder?
Roof levels are open overhead, which can make them easier for loading. Tell the dispatcher the level and the driver plans the route.
Do I need to pay the garage before you tow my car out?
The garage charges for your parking time, and you settle that with them at the exit or through their app. Our charge is only the quoted tow or roadside price.
Which terminal lots do you cover?
All of them: the P1 through P6 lots and the garages for Terminals A, B and C. Give us the lot and row and we meet you there.
